Workplace communications circulate information in many locations through various platforms.

The UAW-Ford National Programs Center established the Employee Engagement webpage to offer employees a central location to receive beneficial information and participate in discussions based on the subject matter involved.

The Employee Engagement page will educate the employees of UAW-Ford by answering frequently asked questions, conveying messages from the Vice Presidents and providing links to the UAW.Org page and the @Ford website.

A structured plan of posts through social media will inform, educate and better facilitate discussion on topics important to the employees. 

The clarity of information will strengthen their roles and involvement in the workplace to maximize the potential of UAW-Ford.
