What does the LMC Trust do?

Broadly, the Trust supports thirteen Joint Labor Management Committees, each of which operates in the words of the relevant federal law, “for the exclusive purposes of, improving labor-management relationships, job security, organizational effectiveness, enhancing economic development, or involving workers in decisions affecting their jobs, including improving communication with respect to subjects of mutual interest and concern...”


Certain Labor Management Committees, such as EDTP, Joint Apprenticeship and ESSP, work on the design of Programs actually delivered to you by the VEBA Trust.
