For Retirees(RETAP)

The Retiree & Training Assistance Plan (RETAP) feature of tuition assistance provides Ford retirees with tuition assistance of up to $2,000 per year. These funds can be used for:

• • Regionally approved colleges/universities
  • Classes held on-site at any plant, local union hall, or other approved local program delivery sites
  • Other approved providers
